A 1010 sqft workspace designed to reflect PRIM3 Design Studio’s approach towards warm minimalism, functionality, and thoughtful spatial experience. Inspired by natural textures and calm material tones, the space balances creativity with comfort through soft lighting, clean architectural lines, and carefully curated details.

Open collaborative zones, integrated storage elements, and layered lighting compositions create a seamless working environment that feels both refined and welcoming. Warm timber finishes, stone textures, and minimalist forms are paired with practical spatial planning to encourage focus, discussion, and everyday creativity.

From the façade to the interior detailing, every corner was intentionally crafted to embody the studio’s philosophy — creating a workspace that feels timeless, calm, and purpose-driven.
